Pastor CJ & Amanda Bowers

Have you ever met someone who immediately brings life to the entire room? That best describes CJ Bowers who serves as a Co-Operational Director of South Carolina Master’s Commission. CJ is a loyal, compassionate man who has a tremendous heart for the family of SCMC.

CJ first met Pastor Darren while taking youth courses during his final semester at college. Following graduation from Valley Forge Christian College, majoring in Youth Ministry, CJ served for five years as a full time youth pastor and has served in the youth ministry trenches for a combined total of ten years. During the summer of 2007 CJ and his wife Amanda’s prayers were answered as they joined the SCMC staff. CJ is a passionate disciple-maker and student of the Word who enjoys teaching this generation how to apply God’s truths to everyday life.

CJ and Amanda have been married five years. They value family and love spending time with their beautiful little daughter Katie. They also value the SCMC family and love joining students’ journeys in hopes of making disciples and marking the next generation. They have found life in giving their life away.
